It is our belief that conditioning is at it’s best when our guys are outdoors, pushing their mental and physical limits. Hiking, Mountain Biking, Snowshoeing, and overnight expedition camping are the norm for us. We monitor our effort with Polar Heart Rate Monitors, and are equipped with all the necessary outback survival equipment.
