Scott Hebert, BPE, CSCS, NSCA-CPT

Scott is the owner of Excel Fitness, and has been a Strength and Conditioning Coach for 15 years. Scott is formerly the Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach for the Vancouver Canucks from 1999-2001, and has had proven success with hockey players from the NHL, AHL, WHL, and countless Junior and Minor league players alike from lacrosse, rugby, football, soccer, baseball, and basketball. Scott’s passion lies in getting the most out of all the athletes he trains, blending hard work with science and a fun, competitive environment. Scott is a Reebok Master Trainer for BC, certifying fitness professionals in a variety of courses through Reebok University.

Trents professional lacrosse career saw him play with the Minnesota Swarm and the Edmonton Rush of the NLL, as well as summer league box lacrosse with the Coquitlam Adanacs in the WLA.  During his playing years, his dedication to improving in the gym and on the field training with Excel Fitness made it an easy transition to the professional level.  Once done his playing career, Trents passion for the preparation and athletic development side of the bench saw him embrace it and get certified as a personal trainer in 2010.  His unparalleled knowledge of the game and his new found skill set as a strength coach are a welcome combination to the many young aspiring lacrosse players and athletes he works with.
